Healing Your Grieving Heart for Teens: 100 Practical Ideas

Dr Wolfelt is an author, educator and grief counsellor. In this very easy-to-read book, Dr. Wolfelt explains the grief and mourning process in simple language. This makes it easy for teens and adults to understand during a time when it is especially hard to focus.
Each chapter stands alone, allowing the reader to flip back and forth to their current concern. Wolfelt offers basic and practical ideas on how to cope with the different thoughts and emotions experienced by teens after the death of a significant person in their life.
I highly recommend this book for grieving teens. It is also a practical book for anyone working and living with teens who are experiencing grief.
